Insulated hangars

Insulated hangars are a great choice for everyone who needs covered and warm areas (production, storage, services). Insulated hangars are equipped with standard elements manufactured by our company, 10 cm thick panels filled with polystyrene foam, and standard secondary carcass (z and c profiles).
The strength of the load-bearing structure is calculated in accordance with the Lithuanian Construction Regulations. When choosing an insulated hangar, it is important to pay attention to the snow load in your area. According to the requirements of the Lithuanian STR and Eurocod.

Hangars covered with profiled sheet metal

Profiled sheet metal covered hangars are more durable but about 20 percent more expensive than tent hangars. This is a great choice if you are confident that the building will not need to be relocated and have doubts about the durability of the tarpaulin for your operation.

Profiled sheet metal covered hangars are equipped with standard elements manufactured by our company, PVC-coated profiled sheet metal (0.5 mm), and a secondary frame of standard elements (Z and c profiles). Possible options for combining the tent roof with tin-covered walls. The strength of the load-bearing structure is calculated in accordance with the Lithuanian Construction Regulations. When choosing a profiled sheet metal covered hangar, it is important to pay attention to the snow load in your area.

Tent hangars

Tent hangars are the cheapest choice for the building you need – usually about 20 percent cheaper than a profiled sheet metal hangar. Tent hangars can also be equipped with increased thermal resistance – a double tent. Another important aspect of the tent hangar is the rapid construction and flexible possibilities to relocate the building.

Tent hangars are complete with standard elements manufactured by the company. The resistance of standard elements is calculated according to the Lithuanian Construction Regulations.

Snow loads and requirements

Lithuania is divided into two regions according to snow loads:
1.2 KN / m2 and 1.6 KN / m2 respectively (120 kg / m2 and 160 kg / m2). Lithuania is also dominated by 3 wind load regions, all our constructions are designed for wind load region II (the largest wind load in Lithuania).

Depending on the snow resistance requirements in your area, the maximum permissible distance between the frames (step) is selected: 5 meters for a 1.2 KN / m snow load region and 4.5 meters for a 1.6 KN / m snow load region.
By constructing hangars according to these requirements, you will be assured that the building meets all the requirements for its environmental impact, will be durable, will meet all the requirements set during the examination, and will be easily submitted to the construction inspectorate.
